This hike is for infants, toddlers, children, teens and adults 0+ years old and older. *A legal parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18 years old.
This hike is considered a "1/2-day hike" (see description below for mileage and time-frame). This hike is for families with young children, seniors, and those new to hiking and/or new to elevation. You must be comfortable hiking uphill and/or on flat or uneven surfaces, such as in rocky, dirt, crushed gravel, dry, wet, and/or or snowy trail conditions.
Rocky Mountain National Park was carved out by glaciers and flowing rivers, which account for much of the landscape you can see today and is the source of several major river systems. Come see the power of the water for yourself as we travel to one of Rocky's many waterfalls in this awe-inspiring hike. I promise, you'll get plenty of double taps on Instagram.
This is considered a "1/2-day" hike. This hike will be approximately 5-hours round-trip, (*5-hour trip includes check-in, driving to/from trailhead, breaks, and approximately 3-hours of actual hiking and activities).
